Returns/Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase but understand that with online shopping it can sometimes be difficult to choose exactly what you are wanting. As a result, you may wish to return your item(s), if so, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Our policies do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

Returns:

You have the option of returning your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible, we ask that all purchases be unused and returned in the original packaging and postage costs associated with the return are your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty:

Should your purchase arrive damaged or be deemed to be faulty, please obtain proof of the damage or fault (photos) and contact us via email at admin@thegracecollectionaustralia.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched to you as soon as possible.
