Returns/Refund/Exchange/Damaged or Faulty Policies

We want you to love your purchase but understand that with online shopping it can sometimes be difficult to choose exactly what you are wanting. As a result, you may wish to return or exchange your item(s), if so, please follow our Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy below.

Should your purchase arrive damaged or be deemed to be faulty please follow our Damaged or Faulty Policy below.

Our policies do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

Returns/Exchange/Refund Policy:

You have the option of returning your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or a refund. To be eligible, we ask that all purchases be unused and returned in the original packaging and postage costs associated with the return are your responsibility.

To arrange a return, please contact us via our contact page on our website or email us direct at admin@thegracecollectionaustralia.com. For refunds, funds will be remitted to you using the same payment method you used to purchase.

Please note that due to health reasons we can not exchange or refund earrings.

Damaged or Faulty Policy:

Should your purchase arrive damaged or be deemed to be faulty, please obtain proof of the damage or fault (photos) and contact us via email at admin@thegracecollectionaustralia.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched to you as soon as possible.
