Returns/Refund/Exchange/Damaged or Faulty Policies
We want you to love your purchase but understand that with online shopping it can sometimes be difficult to choose exactly what you are wanting. As a result, you may wish to return or exchange your item(s), if so, please follow our Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy below.
Should your purchase arrive damaged or be deemed to be faulty please follow our Damaged or Faulty Policy below.
Our policies do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
Returns/Exchange/Refund Policy:
You have the option of returning your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or a refund. Postage costs associated with any return are your responsibility.
To be eligible, we ask that all purchases be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed (where applicable)
- Returned in the original packaging
- All tags attached
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
To arrange a return, please contact us via our contact page on our website or email us direct at admin@thegracecollectionaustralia.com. For refunds, funds will be remitted to you using the same payment method you used to purchase.
Please note the following items are not eligible for an exchange or refund:
- Items marked as Clearance or Clearance Sale
- Earrings
- Cosmetics
- Beauty Products
Damaged or Faulty Policy:
Should your purchase arrive damaged or be deemed to be faulty, please obtain proof of the damage or fault (photos) and contact us via email at admin@thegracecollectionaustralia.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched to you as soon as possible.
