Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide and also offer shipping to New Zealand. Shipping options and charges depend on your delivery location and the products in your order.

Australia – Regular Shipping

Standard Shipping: AUD $12.50 flat rate
Express Shipping: AUD $30.00 flat rate
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $150.00

Free shipping excludes Bulky/Fragile Products.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed.

We aim to despatch orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order's progress.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Australia – Bulky/Fragile Products

Due to their size, weight or fragile nature, some products cost more to ship and are classified as Bulky/Fragile Products.

These products are excluded from our regular shipping charges and free shipping offer. A separate shipping charge applies and will be displayed at checkout.

An additional shipping charge may apply to some outside metropolitan, rural or remote locations. If additional freight arrangements are required, we will contact you before proceeding.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer tracked shipping to New Zealand on products available through our New Zealand store.

Prices and shipping charges for customers shopping in New Zealand are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices and shipping charges may vary as exchange rates change.

Regular Products

Tracked Standard Shipping: approximately NZD $25
Estimated transit time after despatch: 5 - 8 business days

Tracked Express Shipping: approximately NZD $40
Estimated transit time after despatch: 3 - 5 business days

FREE Tracked Standard Shipping on eligible orders over approximately NZD $200

New Zealand shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold are converted from our Australian-dollar shipping rates and may vary slightly with exchange rates. The current rate and threshold applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to Bulky/Fragile Products.

Bulky/Fragile Products – New Zealand

Selected Bulky/Fragile Products are available for delivery to New Zealand.

Shipping charges for these products vary according to their shipping weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Bulky/Fragile Products are excluded from our New Zealand free shipping offer.

Some oversized or other products that cannot be economically or practically shipped to New Zealand are excluded from our New Zealand catalogue and are not available for purchase by New Zealand customers.

Where an order contains both regular and Bulky/Fragile Products, separate shipping charges may apply and will be combined at checkout.

New Zealand Despatch and Delivery

We aim to despatch New Zealand orders within 2 business days.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Occasionally, larger or multi-item orders may require special freight arrangements or may need to be sent in more than one parcel. If we are unable to fulfil an order using the shipping method selected at checkout, we will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding.

New Zealand Customs, GST and Import Charges

Orders shipped to New Zealand are international shipments and may be subject to New Zealand customs requirements, GST, duties, levies or other import charges where applicable.

Where taxes, duties or other government charges are not collected from you at checkout, any amounts payable on import are the responsibility of the recipient.

Requirements and thresholds may change from time to time. New Zealand customers can obtain current information from the New Zealand Customs Service or Inland Revenue.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. We do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations.
