Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide! Please see our shipping rates (AUD) below:

Regular Shipping Charges (Australia):

Standard:  $10.00 flat rate
Express:    $20.00 flat rate
FREE Shipping on orders > $150.00
(excludes Bulky/Fragile Products)

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.
Your order will be packaged up and sent on its way to you via a domestic delivery service.
We aim for orders to be despatched within 2 business days.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to track your order's progress.

Bulky/Fragile Products Shipping Charges:

Due to their nature our Bulky/Fragile Products cost a little more than normal to ship to you.
These products are excluded from our regular shipping charges including our free shipping offer.
These products will incur a Bulky/Fragile Products shipping charge which will be displayed at check out.

 

Please note: an additional shipping charge may apply for some outside metropolitan area, rural and remote locations.
